Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories may require additional transit time.
International Shipping

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become available.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and retain all packaging materials and damaged items.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
